Nerve gear
How are you going to make a nerve gear?
I've thought about it but the way it is described in S.A.O the way it was made is wrong from what I've heard and would like to know how you might make it or how you think your going to make it based on planning because i do not know if you are currently making it atm thank you for the response.

I don't doubt your ability but I wonder this too

You can't. It's quite literally impossible with our current technology.

But it IS possible... maybe not in the coming years, but maybe in 20+ years with the technology from then!
Then I'm happy

Re: Nerve gear
It is possible today, it's just that no company wants to take the time or money to try and make the NG.

Re: Nerve gear
It's not possible atm, but they're working on a neuro device that can intercept your brain waves and send them into the computer... I think....

Re: Nerve gear
ThatGuyKirito is right, people have already sent brain waves through the internet from one brain to another. It's not so far fetched that a similar technique could be used to transmit brain waves into a server.
Check it out!
I think the hard part would be getting the brain to acknowledge stimuli mostly from the nerve gear without taking vital functions away from a player's body in the real world. Do we have any neuroscientists on the project? If not, we might end up having to try commissioning one. Safety first I always say.
