i could help with art (since I was able to get illustrator and photoshop working) if I were to have the dimensions, also a pal of mine works for a web design company and he could be of help.

I can run a good forum with great desing on quite cheap hosting (I can pay for it, if any1 would want to help me, paying via paypal is available, but still, I can pay for it). Wanna see an example or something? Important thing is that it will look professional, with 0 ads.
