Looking back at it I worded it completely wrong...   I think the word i meant was skill wise, is everyone going to be using the same skills or do they differ from weapon to weapon.   

The player will be build depending on how that player likes to play. There are a variety of special skills to go along with battle skills that the player will have the option in investing skill points in. Also weapons can give stat boosts or defecits varying for each weapon

but, I know that you will not put classes in the game, but Silica was a beast teamer, I think if there's no classes there's got to be a object or a mission that makes you a beast teamer, right?

there are going to be bows or even crosbows?

There will be beasts and pets to tame

There will not be ranged weapons for now, atleast until the melee battle system has been finished

For the hundreadth time there are no ranged attacks with 100% accuracy - such as crssbows, bows or magic spells- However there are someranged skills like Throwing Pick, whichKirito usedt o catch the RagoutRabbit.

YeahIknow I just wantd to say what Kirito said to Klein in Episode 1, or something like that.

He said no magic, but your right there has never been any ranged weapons in the anime. Honestly I think it would be a cool addition but that will be a development decision later on I guess :p

So fighting with shifts would make no sense, this won't be Sao anymore, but like normal mmo tanks + ranged players who make dmg. Like a scene in ALO, when kirito used his illusion magic vs. 12 people.

I would like to know as SAO is a really cool idea and I would love to see the game come out. I am asking the devs if it is a good idea for them to setup a post to show that the game is alive, maybe a once a week post on progress or a newsletter because 3-5 years (dates from first forum) is a long time and anything could happen to the game in that time so it would be nice to know what's going on

Too bad Argus seems like gave up or something. I honestly cant belive Argus gonnam ake SAO a real game, but prove me wrong.
